These launch terms are placeholders for legal review. Historical archives and live feeds should be offered with clear limitations around exchange outages, network anomalies, and data quality reports.

License

Subscriptions should grant internal research, backtesting, and production use according to plan entitlements.

Availability

DeepTick should not promise public SLA terms until monitoring, incident response, and redundancy hardening are complete.

Billing

Billing will be handled through the selected Clerk and Stripe integration when self-serve plans launch.
